There is no boat access and fishing wharf is non useable since hurricane Ida. Downstairs you can BBQ, Boil Seafood or hang out.

With all of our rentals tenant is responsible for filling propane bottles, filling can be done at Bridge Side Marina or exchanged at either of the local grocery stores on the island.
