Front house has two bedrooms and one bath with a whirlpool tub and walk in shower. Back house has two bedrooms, living, kitchen and bath. Outdoors has swings and chairs. The downstairs area is screened in with charcoal grill, large dining table, and sink. Pathway to beach is 360' south of this property and is walking distance. Easy to get to the beach with a side by side which can be rented with Coastal Realty Group.
