NEWLY constructed 4 bedroom/4 bathroom rental located right on Caminada Pass before you cross the Grand Isle bridge.  Open living/dining/kitchen floor plan perfect for family gatherings, corporate bookings and fishing enthusiast. Covered deck for sitting and relaxing.  Beautiful view of Caminada Pass, Grand Isle and the bay. 

 There is a shared boat launch right next to this rental.  Please do not block the boat launch or any of the neighboring properties.  Water depth depends on tidal range, basically you are looking at 0.5-2 ft at the dock. Please note we do not have control over the actual water depth at the time of your stay. Fishing on the property should be done within the boundaries of it's property and not on neighbors property.  You are not allowed to fish, throw a cast net or trespass on the property across the street from the camp.

BBQ pit, boiling pot, burner and propane bottle provided....renter may have to fill propane.  Bridge Side marina can fill the propane bottle.
